- ECTISP will provision the order.
- ECTISP orders a DSL line from your local telephone company to be installed at you location.
- ECTISP gets a committed installation date from the phone company.
- We notify you of the installation date.
- Your local phone company installs the dedicated phone line or provisions your existing line.
- ECTISP tests the line remotely to ensure it is functioning properly.
- ECTISP contacts you to schedule a date for us to set up your DSL service.
- ECTISP goes to your location and installs the DSL service if you have ordered Premium Installation .
- ECTISP
connects your DSL bridge/router and configures it for you. (You must
have a 10BaseT Ethernet card installed in your computer)
- ECTISP tests your new DSL service.
- The above steps generally take 7 to 10 days to complete. We will do everything we can to expedite the process for you.
